I have, and was quite okay with that, because it means more time and love for my own characters. But reading imochan's post brought back all the old glee I had in writing fic and the muses nibbled. Now, I'm just overwhelmed. I'd forgotten just how overpowering HP fandom was, and how heady it can be. I've been on the verge of tears a couple of times this weekend, because I never thought anything I'd written had impacted on so many people I've never met. My tiny handful of publications have all been in teeny little webzines and I'd completely forgotten how amazing it felt to be read.
