It's just gone midnight here in the UK and now it's Christmas Day.

I hope all those who celebrate have a marvellous day tomorrow, and that everyone enjoys the open-heartedness of the season.

I heard this being read on the radio at midnight, and, as it's my favourite Christmas poem, I thought I'd leave you with it:

Thomas Hardy: The Oxen )

Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night ~_^

Eee! [livejournal.com profile] yuletide rocks!

If there are any Noel Streatfield fans on my flist, go and have a look at what I've been written. It's based on White Boots, which is the one of my four I was secretly hoping for, and it's Harriet/Lalla. It's funny and a little sad, and extrapolates forward from the books beautifully.

Happy Christmas ^_^
